Hermain Cain told RealClearReligion that the sex
harassment charges were sent from the Devil. “The women who made accusations
against him, Cain insists, are all “liars.” The media “failed to do their due
diligence” on his accusers, he said.” “Then,”
wrote RealClearReligion’s Nicholas G. Hahn III, “he speculated as to who may
have orchestrated the allegations: the Devil.”
This is what American Against The Tea Party had to say
about it:
“The egomaniacal belief that the devil would arise to
prevent Cain from being elected President is beyond frightening. He was a guy
with a book, did some motivational speaking and wanted to juice up sales. If he
seriously wanted to be President, Cain would have actually studied the issues.
Or a map. Folks can laugh that the clownish Cain has made his sordid groping a
matter of good versus the devil. But he is right about one thing. The media did
not vet him properly. Or they would have written about his role as the head of
the National Restaurant Association and his tireless efforts to keep the sub
minimum wage in place for restaurant workers.
Now that’s a sin.” Source
And when Rick Santorum said that Satan controls Hollywood
we got a multitude of responses like this from the progressives:
Lisa Derrick Friday October 25, 2013 wrote this for the LA FIGA:
“Rick Santorum spat a frothy mouthful on the Trinity
Broadcasting Network, plugging his first foray into film production, The
Christmas Candle, due out this holiday season. The movie, from EchoLight
Studio, is a period piece set in a Thomas Kinkade-esque village and tackles
modernity vs. (Christian) tradition as electricity and progressive thinking
threaten the town’s visit from a Christmas angel. Now the CEO of EchoLight,
Santorum said, seeming a little uncomfortable:
"This is a tough business, this is something that we’re
stepping out, and the Devil for a long, long time has had this, these screens,
for his playground and he isn’t going to give it up easily. Shifty eyes much?"
"I’m not going to go into Santorum’s (il)logic about Satan
controlling Hollywood which at some point will end up in a grand conspiracy,
but ye gods and little fishes, if Satan controls the film business, why did the
self-proclaimed White Witch of Los Angeles give a lecture about the film
industry and how it controls the mind? Inconceivable!” Source
Yes, this is the twenty-first century, and we’re supposed to pooh-pooh the idea of invisible forces guiding our
lives—of course the Higgs field is real, in particle physics, the Higgs mechanism is essential to
explain the generation mechanism of the property "mass". This is a
most-important property of almost all elementary particles. According to this theory, particles gain mass
by interacting with the so-called Higgs field that permeates all space. More
precisely, the Higgs mechanism endows the three so-called gauge bosons Z, W+
and W- with mass. These particles would otherwise be massless; but actually
they are very heavy, with values around 80 GeV/c2. They have never been seen nor tested, they just have to be for them to explain things in a way they wish to explain things to be. An imagined Higgs can do what neither god nor devil can do, e.g., be believed in by an atheist.
Now many of us, along with Justice Scalia and millions of
others, are with Santorum and Cain on the reality of the Prince of Darkness. “And the
Lord said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the Lord, and
said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.”
Frightening stuff.
And in Parting I would like to point out in the most recent poll taken 76% of Americans say they believe in God, and of those who said that they personally believe in The existence of a God, half says that they have at least once before done something because God told them to. Including non-believers, this makes up 38% of the entire country. Source
And there is this study from 2008:
"About two-thirds of scientists believe in God, according to a new survey that uncovered stark differences based on the type of research they do. The study, along with another one released in June, would appear to debunk the oft-held notion that science is incompatible with religion. Those in the social sciences are more likely to believe in God and attend religious services than researchers in the natural sciences, the study found." Is it really so hard to believe that Saten is walking to and fro about the world today?
