No Soul to Sell

Esau sold his birth right
For a bowl of Lintels,
But his soul
Was not his to sell!

There are no Faustian Deals.
You cannot barter what is not yours,
There is no deal
You can make with the Devil!
~
There is no war being waged
For your soul, for your soul belong to God
And when He requires it
It will be provided!
~
Satan may tempt you,
But only at God’s command
Will he try to enter your heart
To see the strength of that heart!
~
Few hearts be as strong as Job’s,
That is why our Lord Jesus
Taught us to pray, “Lead us not
Into temptation, but deliver us from evil.”
